Project Development
We will now be putting your project into development
- Schedule will be developed for all aspects of your job form house prep to final walkthrough
- materials will be ordered
- Assign project manager
Construction
Once work begins your Project manager will be in touch with you each day. This is the most important part of the construction process. With any project there may be changes, or issues that might arise on site, as well as question from you the client. We want to make sure everyone is on the same page each day. By doing this we will move through the construction process as partners building one DREAM

- Project manager will speak with you personal each day to review any details
- Payments will be collected according to contract
